I invested £10,000 lump sum in 2005. By 2007 it was worth just £10,189.05. By 2008 it was worth only £8302.02. This company then has the audacity to charge me 3% of what is left to get my own money back, it is an absolute

Item: AXA Car Insurance
My experience was accident in February which I was not at fault the instant I reported the incident the claim was processed although brokers kept messing up with the details in the first couple weeks or so of making my claim after assessments were dealt with establishing my car was a right off AXA dealt with all claims swiftly including injury claims.

Clause in the FINE PRINT , it might had well as said, UNLESS your holding it in your hand FAT CHANCE of claiming.... waste of time and money with Police Reports, Phone Calls and fustrating times waiting on letters... AVIOD , how can they expect your to keep your valuables on you 100% time of travels? where on a plane or taxi or porter moving your luggage do you keep valuables on yourself?.... ...

Put a claim in for a leaking bathroom in March, initially there was some contact and they sent two companies round. One of which installed a drier for 5 days. I then received a mandate for the flooring which after the excess was £20. That was the last I heard from them.
