I wouldn't waste my time reading this! A Feast For Crows was NOT to the standard I have for this kind of work and my wife and I abandoned it after the first 100 pages.
No more of George RR for me. There are too many authors who write enjoyable series that don't take upwards of three years between ...

The point one immediately notices about this series is how very differently it is written. Very few authors and books can draw a person into the story and cut out the silly fluff of absolute characters or absolute power or on and on. Books like this one, the Harry Potter Series and Wish List by Eoin Colfer accomplish this; series like the Inheritance cycle, and the Golden Compass, while impressive for the imagination and volume, are repetitive in comparison. If you love fantasy and haven't read A Clash of Kings by George R.R. Martin, then stop reading this, and go out and buy a copy. It is simply the best fantasy epic I have ever read.
