On numerous occasions I have been exasperated by failed attempts to log on!
However good (or in this case barely reasonable) an online service is if customers can not log on with ease and in a reasonable time frame we might as well go to the local branch... Except you'll probably be waiting hours there as Halifax seem to think two counter staff during peak office hours is a good enough service! Logging into Halifax Internet Banking is a bit cumbersome, but apart from that its pretty user friendly - although I wouldn't like their wizz-kids to think it couldn't be improved.

It can be very difficult to get on line wanted to transfer money but was unable to do so, for about four days. Easier to take the bus to town to get a mini statement but very time consuming. would advise not to take online
