I would pay more to have a better customer service. I found I have been spending more in terms of phone calls to them. I feel that the owners of this company should be ashamed of the staff I have dealt with so far. This sort of customer service would never be tolerated where I work. Most companies are willing to spend the money to make sure they are providing the best service possible to their customers. It seems to me as though IKEA apparently feel their customers are not worth it. ...

This is my first experience of Ikea and it has been a good one. I ordered a desk from them online and within a day I had a delivery date set, sadly this was not the delivery date that the online computer suggested but a week later. This point did not bother me because I had plenty of time to wait around for the item however it is worth remembering that the dates predicted for delivery on the Ikea website is open to speculation, wait until they tell you when to expect the item before you make ...

I had been to ikea at san diego along with my aunt and sister. i happened to misplace my wallet and didn't realise it until we reached the billing counter. luckily for me some gentleman or lady had returned it back to the counter with all the contents intact and so when my sister approached the lost and found section, they already had it ready to be handed over to her. i take this chance to thank all those of the ikea group for their service. i would definitely love to shop here and will ...

People often complain that their quality is not exceptional - but at those prices you cannot expect much more. Ikea makes practical modern furniture affordable to all. I have purchased flat packs from MFI, ARGOS, Focus etc - and none compare to Ikea's innovative ideas and modern designs. Although all the others are far more expensive than Ikea. They do have their more expensive ranges too - i purchased living room furniture at the top price range in Ikea 7 years ago - and it is still going ...

Ikea is a brilliant store. On all of my recent visits stock has been tidy and easy to find. The prices are what really sets it apart from the competition and it cannot be beaten on everyday essentials. Team this with the fact that there was an offer for dinner for £1 and you have a winning combination. I would stress that going alone to buy big items is not the best idea.
