On my second year of driving I switched from Churchill to Kwik fit due to being offered a great price.
I went from 3rd party to fully comp.
In December 2007 I bumped into a car in terrible weather. I stopped and gave my details, accepting the blame.

When calling Kwik Fit it is really difficult to speak to someone. Very often was asked to call back again when they are less busy. Occasionally was put in their call back service.Very slow response from the insurance company regarding them contacting me concerning the loss of my vehicle. Kwik-Fit Car Insurance were cheapest at the time Already having problems and it's only been 3 weeks. Not taking payments when told and bad customer service that don't know anything.

I was quite happy with my quote from Kwik Fit Car Insurance, but during the year I moved house and forgot to tell them, so when my insurance came up for renewal they must have taken the fact that nothing was returned from my old address as a sign that I wanted them to go ahead and insure me again.
