Item: Lloyds TSB Business Bank Account
I have been a client of Lloyds TSB business banking for over 10 years have had in 2001 30,000 plus of unsecured borrowing all of which was paid back on time.
Over the last year or so they started to return cheques for going over the nill limit even ridiculous amounts over the nill limit in one case 65p then charged £35 for doing it putting the account overdrawn. Have had 4 new managers over the last 3 years. Obviously I'm going to move accounts ...

Do not, use this bank. I have been a personal customer for 16 years, so opened my business account. I'm Portsmouth, my business manager is in Birmingham. Don't know the persons name, can be slow to return a call. And I pay for this service. 68p to pay a cheque in, whether its for £10 or £1,000. Ands its 70p just for the privilege of paying money in. Poor support and customer care. And with the government tax bail out, there supposed to be bending over backwards to help us. I asked ...

Have banked with Lloyds TSB for almost 31 years and never had a problem with them. Just logged on to internet banking with them for the first time today... very simple process.

Slow.No features to speak off.Takes 3 days to add a new BACS payee.Takes another 3 days to process payments (Lloyds Business doesn't have FastPay capability like other banks).No Bulk Payment Upload or Download like other banks.No way to turn of paper statements.
It would be quicker to bank via prayer than use Lloyds internet ...

Item: Lloyds TSB Money Transfer Card
It's a good card but it don't show the money immediately. Sometimes if you upload it, it takes like a week to show your money on the card. Its really bad when it happen and your on holiday.
