Item: Natwest Business Account
I have been with Natwest for 20 years and am utterly disgusted with there service I have received over last three months. Arranging finance, I met all criteria stated but goal posts moved every time met requirements, interest rates put up 1.5% when Bank of England reduced it by 1.5%, managers chopping and changing never informing myself, never called back and have to chase all the time to get anything done. I am now looking elsewhere as feel really let down especially when its our money thats ...

Item: Natwest Debit Card
I was born and grew up in the UK. I moved to Israel five years ago. My sister lives in Germany. There is not one place in Israel that I can use Maestro to make point of sales transactions. Nearly all international websites don't take Maestro. Some banks in Israel don't take Cirus at cash points but most do SOMETIMES.

I finally decided to switch from hsbc to natwest only 2 months ago after 6 years of hsbc who were more than fair to me.

I have a railcard, which has already saved me £50. Good overdraft, although I hope not to have to use that.
