  Item: Neff H5430 Microwave
  During normal use, the door closing mechanism on my Neff H5430 has broken meaning the microwave cannot operate at all. Obviously not built to last. Am surprised that a basic feature that is essential to operate the device is not built to last.

  Having purchased two single Neff ovens (Neff B1442) last December, one of the ovens internal light has already expired. I have been unable to remove the bulb cover and despite heating the oven up at 100 degrees and dabbing the area with vinegar which, might I add, because of the positioning of this cap is not an easy task, still it will not shift (incidentally this is also the case with the other oven).   Item: Neff B1442 Stainless Steel Electric Single Oven
  In no particular order of importance - The Neff B1442 is quiet. When the fan-assist was on for the first time, I had to look and see if the fan blades were spinning. The glass window is much larger and you can see the interior of the whole oven. Also, the brighter watt lamp helps you easily see what is cooking inside. It does such a good job of holding in heat, Neff suggests on longer cooking times you can turn the oven off 10 minutes or so early. The controls are ...

  My experience of Neff is not good. The element on my NeffD8150N1GB keeps burning and Neff will not replace it. So a 10 for style but a definite 0 for durability and support, well lack thereof.
