I really like Next because their clothes never seem to wear out or lose their colour and shape, especially compared to other high street stores. Their directory offers a good service too, I just wish their sizes were a little more standard as I always have to order two sizes and then send one back as I don't know which one will fit. ...

I love Next, apart from the above two bad points! The quality of the clothing is fantastic, especially jeans/childrenswear and school uniform which will be grown out of quicker than it wears out!
They do sometimes seem to be a little behind the times and could maybe have a slightly younger feel to some of the designs.
I used to work there and above all Next do put customer service first...you will always get a refund or exchange! The directory offers a good service too and I like ...

Layout off the stores make shoping quicker eg men women and children seprate and well labled

Agree with others that sizing is all over the place, whether tops, trousers, shoes, children's or otherwise. Avoid jersey tops which shrink badly. Children's shoe sizes especially are totally way out from the norm.
Sale days, yes, are a total manic mess.
My local store has nonchalent, young staff (Dumfries).
Very little stocked in this store in kids' section unless you are under 5.
Website is a nightmare to navigate now they've renewed it. Searching just reveals totally ...

I must admit that I hardly ever go in Next as I know exactly what they have in there! - the same stuff as last time! The clothes are too old and boring. However I will admit that the clothes are made to a good
