    This is fairly self indulgent and a bit poor in my view. I have enjoyed a couple of Hornby's books, especially High Fidelity, which was pretty spot on in terms of the male psyche, and quite entertaining. Even his autiobiographical football book - Fever Pitch, which was self indulgent, (spotting a theme here) was enjoyable. It was kind of refreshing at the same time.
