This old work horse never fails. A true classic. Discovered photography using the OM. It was small and compact before anyone knew what a compact was. Long live Olympus, well recommend the OM

Item: Olympus 70-300mm 1:4.0-5.6 ED Lens
I got this lens with my Olympus E-520 kit and I'm very happy with it. Not only is it a great telephoto zoom lens for distant subjects, but it's just as useful as a macro lens. In manual focus mode, it can focus down to 960mm (from subject to camera's focal plane), making it possible to get excellent photos of insects etc while still being far enough away to not scare the subject. Item: Olympus ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 50mm 1:2.0 Macro Lens
I bought it in the expectation of mainly using it for photographing flowers, insects and other relatively small subjects up close. However I've found that this is the lens which is on my E-520 camera most of the time. The incredibly sharp colour-accurate photos it takes make it worth taking a few dozen steps back from larger subjects, rather than putting on the 14-42mm zoom lens I got with the camera. The Olympus Zuiko Digital is a wonderfull fixed focal length lens. Works extremely well in low light conditions. If you are a bit of a four-thirds or Olympus enthusiast you will love this lens.
