Item: Orange Pay As You Go
Im on the dolphin package with orange payg. I had unlimited text but found that orange were slowly taking credit off my top up even though my textng was free. I rang customer services on 450 and was told I come to contract side and not payg and to ring 451. 451 doesn't exist and in the mean time I have been charged 25p. Called 450 again and got through to operator who said this is payg nmber (450) but he couldn't check my account because its after 10pm and to call back tomorrow. I was charged ...

I bought a new phone from orange 14 days ago and I have had nothing but trouble, the network coverage is poor in my opinion, text messages take anything up to 36 hours to send and I can't seem to make phone calls because I just get cut off when the signal drops. The most signal bars I get on the phone is 2, I emailed orange and they said there was no network problems in my area, so I tried again, nothing...
The last straw came when my daughter went out and text me to pick her up late ...

Been with orange for 5 years and not to much of a problem until i got my most recent contract. Have had the lg veiwty on contract for 6 months and its been 6 months of unhappy service for me, with the phone and customer service. Suffered from bad battery time only 3 hours on full charge. They gave me 3 phones 3 battery's 3 chargers and 3 sim cards but still didn't sort my problem. They would not get me a different phone and I feel they were unhelpful. Item: Orange Mobile Broadband
I had the orange broadband icon 225 usb stick it was terrible the speeds offered pale in comparisson to other usbs that are available.I do not have a 3G signal available in my area and orange do little in offering anything else.I tested the speed of the orange mobile broadband connection on my computer and my upload speed was 00.3mbps my download was worse at 00.1mbps .The only good thing was its easy to set up but thats about it .Orange mobile broadband is at the bottom end of mobile internet ...
