I brought a Renault Megane Coupe Cabriolet from Perrys Peugeot with two months warranty after negotiation for £9495, I was due to pick it up on 27th September, but just as I was about to make the journey they called to say the car wasn ' t ready, and they would call me next week to let me know when it was. I then had to all the insurance company to sort this out as I had arranged an insurance swap over that day from my PX.

Service dept at Perrys Preston fantastic, always very helpful and polite. Have a Mazda RX-8 with 3 recalls on. They carried the work out the same day no questions asked. Even got a coffee off the service manager. had to have return visit for one of the recalls, picked my car up in the morning and was returned valeted by lunch time. I've purchased 3 Seats (including the wife's car) and the sales staff at Perrys Aylesbury have always been brilliant. I recently sold one of the cars back to them and they were very good there too. They gave me a better evaluation of the car than I had had previously and a fair price. Hand over of the car was complicated by their systems going down but the staff seemed to bend over backwards to resolve this. The service I had has been excellent. Going from and Audi to a Seat was a bit worrying ...

I found a nice Renault Clio Mk2 I liked at Perrys of Portsmouth, struck a deal on the price and arranged for it to be picked up on Monday (it was thursday the deal went through) I was pleased when I managed to pick the car up on Monday but before even putting it into first gear I found the Airbag warning light was on..
