In fact no rating for Pizza Hut, disappointing delivery first of all they didn't have something that they showed online, then it took hours for delivery, they mention they are booked on orders and delivery will take time, but I think it is because they didn't have enough staff to delivercan you believe, they called me and said to pick up, i couldn't so had to cancel the order, after waiting for ...

Review of Pizza Hut, St Mary Street, Cardiff - Food was not great - the £4 salad had 3 pieces of tomato and 2 pieces of mozzarella, not exactly value for money.
Service was slow, even to get drinks, then when ordering the food we were told a significant number of items were not available, no garlic bread, no bruschetta, no beef, no bacon, ham, no peperoni..... no chicken strips for the children's menu and then they told us the ice cream machine was broken.

Winchester Branch: I feel I received terrible service. Heating not working, glasses and cutlery looked dirty. The waiter sighed loudly like he was really put out when I asked to please replace the dirty glasses and cutlery. The waiting staff I saw appeared to be wearing unironed shirts and looked scruffy to me. Empty tables were not cleared and rubbish was left on the floor. We had a lovely platter to start but after waiting ages for our pizza it came stone cold, not luke warm, absolutely cold which really annoyed me because i realised that whilst I'd been waiting for my pizza it actually was ready but it appeared that they couldnt be bothered collecting it and putting it on the table. Without moaning we made our waiter aware of the problem with the food and showed him.
