Item: Quaker Oh's
Quaker Oh's is my favorite cereal. It doesn't get soggy in the milk, which is great. It is fairly inexpensive compared to other cereals. High percentages in all other nutrients makes up for the slightly high sugar content.
Great cereal. In the past five years, I switched to an atkins diet. Love my diet and this is the only cereal I will ever cheat and have a bowl of, it is that good! ...

I do find the portion fairly small because I like my breakfast to be the largest meal of the day!
So I add extra plain porridge as it is far less calories and yet the flavour from oatso simple spreads

Item: Quaker Oats Cap'n Crunch
Cap'n Crunch cereal brands are my very favorite. I have enjoyed this since I was about 9 years old. I am now 50 and still do enjoy it very much. This is a good cereal and it was a HIT with me from the get-go.
Keep up the good work. I plan to keep on eating this for my days, and I will be glad to tell others of it; if they do not know ...

It is my absolute favorite cereal. It's a great mix between a grown-up cereal and a kid cereal.
