Item: Royal Caribbean, Brilliance of the Seas
Food is not up to recent Royal Caribbean Cruises I have been on, cabin was very noisy from machinery underneath but the complaints were overlooked, bar staff stern and miserable as well as the drinks being well overpriced i.e £6 for a G&T. Generally Brilliance of the Seas was unlike other cruises I have been on the general areas and pool areas were dirty. It appears that the ship has tightened its belt and cut down on staff to ride the recession, not a very clever thing to do as I will ...

The ship, as any new ship should be, was very nice but the service in the Macbeth restaurant was poor. Two and a half hours for the evening meal, with luke warm food, lacking in flavour. They will need to improve on this and rate well behind Princess & Cunard on this occasion. No toiletries or stationery in the cabin leaves a poor impression ...

Exellent ship Mariner of the Seas, all the staff were good, the captain would stop and have a chat, buy a round of drinks on our table. The ship is so big it takes a couple of days to work it all out. I would not recommend Iglo cruise's to book your holiday, they told me its a direct flight, then you I found out there were lots of airport transfers in america, its a nightmare, no help from them when back in the uk. I confirm that everything written in this review is true and correct ...

Good point, Room service, waitress service. Bad points, No variety of food. Lack fresh fruit and vegetables. Lack of capacity at lunch time dining. Staff unaware of opening times. Cabins small, no safe deposit boxes. No usual toiletry extras. Drinks too expensive therefore lack of customers and atmosphere. Staff paid too little, having to rely on gratuities. Would not cruise this line again. Poor ...

Royal Caribbean ROTS definitely presents amazing cruise experience, combining added speed, comfort, really impressive ocean sights, and huge open spaces, in addition to great cruise services, that serves all your needs. There are whirlpools and onboard Jacuzzis, solarium, large health center, fitness and many more attractions. Have to mention there is also an internet connection available! Theater with the Brodway acts is also very interesting. You also have golf simulators, rock climbing ...
