Lovely place magnificent buildings. Go to markets after 6pm when tourists go back to hotels. Families then come out and it is marvellous. Choirs of children etc. Stayed at Collner Hof hotel very good. Been to Cologne Christmas market 3 times....

Overall it is a good 'half day' out. A living museum. A great way to learn about one of the countrys most famous writers, but in a fun way. Its not a theme park, its a theme museum with a some scare factor. Also we found the gift shops overall to be very good value. We had heard all negative reports...

I don't recommend booking over the phone as the staff really didn't have a got clue what they were doing. Plus the supervisor who was meant to be sorting it out didnt even phone us. Other than that the actual Chill Factore is fantastic thanks for the staff on site and not on the phones, thanks....
