Bad Points: More uptodate advice should be given regarding the best interest you can receive on your accounts that have capital in them.
General comments: Staff at the local bank at Barton upon Humber very helpful and friendly.
All round I think the service is good but the rewards for your loyalty are not rewarded with good cash incentives ie; Cash back on purchases etc!

Remember your security information when logging in and you are laughing,been with them 25 yrs ish and on internet banking with them when it first started (lots of years) and not had any problems. Phoning them can be a pain because you dont talk to your local bank but at least you dont get to speak to someone from another country who cant understand you or vice versa.

Dont think LTSB understand what internet banking means and how to develop an internet based system. Their internet banking system is a poor - not laid out properly, not user friendly and needless to say their online support does not exist in my eyes - Useless ...

Internet banking with Lloyds TSB is excellent. Internet loans into your account within seconds of applying, using Quick Sign. Very good rate of interest on their internet credit card. Easy access to all savings accounts including their Cash ISA. The opportunity to buy and sell stocks and shares as a part of a stocks & shares ISA online. Bring back good old 5 days a week banks and a lot more cash machines which work. It is already difficult to access my money as my bank is only open 2 days a week so I rely heavily on my internet banking, only to find that when I do, there is a certificate error so I then have to drive to the next town for information which I could have had if their website was working correctly.

Moved a large amount via internet so Lloyds TSB blocked my account. No phone call and were then unable to get me through to the department that could reinstate it. Was on the phone for an hour. Am closing my accounts.

I have found Lloyds to be thoroughly unsatisfactory in everyway since I have been banking with them. Hard to log onto, pretty useless when you get there.
Haven't been able to log onto my account for a week now, my girlfriend has the same problem on her separate account so it doesn't seem to be an isolated problem.

Have tried to make an online payment to my daughter's Barclays account. With Faster payments this is supposed to happen straighataway. Have made similar payments to her before form our NatWest joint account-no problem Lloyds online service says it will take 3-4 days to hit her account. Why?

If you wish to make adhoc payments to a personal loan you can do so simply by making a standing order payable to an internal bank a/c with your loan a/c number as the reference and as its a standing order you can amend from your internet banking so you don't always have to make the same payment if any at all.

I wish you could decrease your overdraft i know you have introduced a deleted overdraft but it would be helpful if you could decrease it,also to be able to view and make payments to your loan with Lloyds

They seem to be experiencing a lot of problems at the moment with a new website. I have not been able to log in for over a month now. They are not getting back to me to solve the problem. the only way to access my money at the moment is through an ATM. I am in the process of setting up new accounts with an other bank. I am convinced that I am not the only one experiencing these problems

Lloyds TSB has a friendly counter service: listen carefully to requests: make a great effort to meet enquiries: cash machines always stocked when needed: branches clean and attractive: good rates with security compared to similar organisations; no gimmicks I have been with this bank for a long time and always had good service, good attention, good rates, loans when needed and never had any reason to think about moving elsewhere.

Tried to pay a large bill by transfer, would not let money go from account till two days later even though there was more than enough money in account and it was during banking hours. Site says payment will be made as soon as possible which is when they decide to pay it. This caused problems as supplier then had to wait another week (weekend in middle) for money to clear.

Lloyds TSB Internet Banking saves time & money to access my account on line if...............Only I could remember my memorable word ! I'd like the good old days back when, you could talk on the phone to your bank manager, Let's say THE PERSONAL TOUCH !

I have been with Lloyds for over 30 years and have never had a problem which they could not solve. Ease of access and ability to transfer funds and make payments. I have an excellent personal banking manager who is both accessible and up to date.
I would recommend them.

I can never telephone Lloyds or use internet without problems sick to death of this system!
Bring back the old days when you could speak to your branch and your manager - your service leave a lot to be desired!!
