Bad Points: we need more size 8's in the store please, i can only ever find tops never trousers! i end up fitting in their kids jeans instead at 31 its a tad embarrassing! but i like the cut!
General comments: i went into leics with my 9 yr old daughter the other day and bagged a bargain and a half! she found a pair of cowboy boots for a tenner! i also had a pair of cowboy boots for a hen night for fifteen on promo from thirty so thanks new look.
staff at hinckley are always very courteous!

Overall, New Look has improved a lot over the years, as well as the service provided in terms of quality, although the price has risen.

It is okay but i think it could be improved. Maybe a wider selection of childrens and teens clothes, and you should be allowed to write more than just one word in the search box on the website. i think this because i wanted to find some cowboy boots, but they only came up with adult ones. But i really like the layout of the different types of things they sell down the side.
I like how in the shops there are different floors for things like children, shoes, accessories ect.

I like shopping in New Look as often as possible because they always have new fashions in. The clothes, shoes and accessories are at a very cheap price. This is good because you can look great for little money. I do find that some of the staff members in new look's around the UK can seem rude to me however this can happen in any store.

Well the prices are a bit high like in primark jeans = £5 but in new look they would cost about £15

new looks throughout ireland are situated in key locations but they don't all carry the same departments: men's women's children's inspire and maternity i think new look should look into setting up in a larger scale in ireland as items seem to sell very well and customers don't always realise that some shops don't have all departments. good customer service.

I buy nearly all my clothes from new look it's very rare I go in and come out with nothing, you can get some clothes that look the same at primark but I avoid them because they don't last 2 minutes that's why I think they are so cheap. Overall I think new look's prices are good and there's something for everyone of all ages and sizes.

i recently bought some great jeans and the first time i wore them the button fell off i was very disappointed as i really like them and can no longer wear them.

I like New Look, the clothes there are fashionable and at reasonable prices. I bought some bootcut jeans the other day and they fitted perfectly. They are flattering and go with anything. They were good value at £20. I didn't see many bags or shoes there, just some on display but they all looked really nice. I think New Look is a fab shop!

ok girls i found something today that i thought i better share NEW LOOK is the shop of the season bang on trend with the tartan, bows tulip dresses and beautiful killer heels and boots. and here's the best bit the shoes are no more then 35 quid the pink and black patent killers are the best buy ever at £35 and high gladiator style at only £20, all i can say is wow and to get down there for the top bargain buys

I think New Look is really well set out in ashton under lyne and manager and the staff are really helpful and give good advice

I think that New Look sell market quality clothes, no better than primark but a lot more expensive.Not enough room in the shops - especially since most of their customers are teenagers with pushchairs.
The only time I'll buy from this shop is when theres a sale then I'm happy to pay low prices, otherwise I'll shop in Primark.

Love the clothes, but find the staff awful in Plymouth branch, on my visits they have given me no customer service. I preferred to shop at select but they closed.
Nice clothes. Sometimes reasonably priced but customer service not good. Would prefer to shop elsewhere.

All the clothes me and my two daughters have bought from new look are amazing there is such a large variety of clothing from young girls to elderly women also the quality of the clothes is fab and i would recommend shopping in new look to any new tourist. i shop at new look every saturday and i always spend more than £50 with baskets of great clothes that i can't wait to wear

New Look are bang on trend each month with the latest must haves. I must say I have noticed that each month with each new line that arrives that the prices are increasing! The jewellery for instance is not worth what they are charging. It looks nice but can break easily!
I think this would be my fave shop for shoes and bags!
